Custom T-Shirt Printing and Bulk Apparel

Get professional custom shirts for your business, organization, event, family trip, team, or group outing. D4 Designs produces made-to-order apparel using customer-supplied logos and artwork.

Standard ordering primarily includes sizes S through XL. XS availability varies. Larger and specialty sizes may cost more. Available colors vary by brand, model, size, and supplier inventory. Substitutions require customer approval.

Pricing depends on garment selection, quantity, artwork coverage, print dimensions, and the number of print locations.

Professional DTF Printing

Most orders are produced using a professional nine-color DTF process: CMYK plus red, green, blue, orange, and white. This supports detailed multicolor artwork, gradients, and photographic elements when the supplied artwork is suitable.

Orders of approximately 100 shirts or more may be evaluated for screen printing. Screen printing has additional setup requirements, may not be less expensive for multicolor or multi-location designs, and generally requires more lead time.

Artwork Requirements

Preferred formats: SVG or EPS.

Transparent PNG files must be at least 300 DPI for left-chest and pocket prints and at least 600 DPI for full-front and full-back prints.

Artwork creation, editing, cleanup, vectorization, reconstruction, and background removal may require an additional art fee.

Proof and Payment

1. Submit a quote request.
2. D4 Designs reviews the project and prepares a quote.
3. A PDF proof is sent by email.
4. Production begins after proof approval and payment of a 60% nonrefundable deposit.
5. The remaining 40% is due before shipping or local pickup.

D4 Designs currently issues invoices through PayPal.

Production Timing

Standard production is generally 7 to 10 business days after proof approval and deposit payment. Orders over 25 pieces, screen printing, multiple print locations, specialty garments, complex artwork, and supplier delays may require additional time.

Rush service may be available for an additional charge and must be approved before ordering.

Shipping and Local Pickup

• Local pickup is available.
• Ground shipping is available within the continental United States.
• Shipping is calculated using packed weight and box dimensions.
• Oversized, remote-area, and unusual shipments may require additional charges.

Care Instructions

• Wash inside out in cold water.
• Use mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach.
• Avoid fabric softener.
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
• Do not iron directly over the printed design.

Damage caused by improper washing, bleach, excessive heat, direct ironing, or normal wear is not considered a production defect.

Custom-Order Policy

Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. The 60% deposit is nonrefundable, and orders cannot be canceled after the deposit is paid.

After proof approval, the customer is responsible for confirming spelling, artwork, placement, colors, quantities, garment selections, and size breakdown. D4 Designs will correct production errors caused by D4 Designs.
